This is the jacket that I made Christmas Eve and Christmas day. I just got it finished earlier this week because of some buttonhole complications. I really love how these sleeves flare out just above the elbow and the come back into the cuff. There are lots of pleats to this pattern but none of it too complex (the buttonhole issue was my machine).
I ran short on the gold fleece that I used so I did the under collar in a contrast brown. In retrospect, I really wish I had used some fun and funky cotton print to add snap to this jacket. I did some top stitching on the sleeves and on the collar to add some interest.
